To serve you better, please be prepared to show your notary a piece of Government-Issued Photo ID before having your document(s) notarized.
Please DO NOT sign your document(s) before your appointment, your notary must be present to witness the signing of all documents. Please have a device suitable for video chat (laptop/cell-phone) and a scanner ready for use. If you do not have a scanner, you can use a phone scanning app such as CamScanner, or simply take a clear and high quality picture of your document.
Alternatively, documents can be signed electronically to avoid the use of any printers and scanners.
APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Rescheduling Policy
Please reschedule your appointment at least one (1) hour in advance of your scheduled time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $10 rescheduling fee.

No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a $10 cancellation fee. Please note that clients who are more than ten (10) minutes late for their scheduled appointment, without having provided adequate notice, will be charged a $5 late fee.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your appointment at least one (1) hour in advance of your scheduled time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $10 cancellation fee.

Refund Policy
The NotaryPlus does not offer full refunds for our services. However, partial refunds (up to 50%) may be issued provided The NotaryPlus is responsible for any demonstrable error that cannot be resolved by re-notarizing the document(s).
